B, From 1923 to 1963, copyrights expired in 1991 unless it was originally published with the Copyright symbol. This work can be renewed for another 67 years
C. If you took the photo yourself or have permission from the photographer at any date.
D. Any image made in a foreign country may probably be used unless it's been registered here.

To simplify. If you want an Art Carved Photo of a popular movie star or public figure and the original photo was taken after 1977, it can be done if there is no copyright on it or the photographer OKd it. Copyright laws only apply to living photographers and corporations. Once a photographer passes away anyone can use the image.

Any photo of your family or a regular Joe, taken in public with the photographers permission is a go. We would decline to produce anything illegal but we are not the fashion police either. SOOO if you want your Art Carved Photo to show a relative in a stupid pose or on a bad hair day, we will do it. Who are we to say that it's not art?
